Purpose of Event

This one-of-a-kind event aims to bring law enforcement and community leaders from 10 communities and 7 states throughout the US together to share resources and collaborate on overdose response, prevention, and education. Featured communities will include Nashville, TN and Wilson County, NC. Participants will leave with resources and an action plan using innovative strategies (including the ONEbox™) and evidence-based practices for their respective communities.

 

Location

The event will start on October 1, 2024, with a rooftop meet and greet at the Margaritaville Hotel in Downtown Nashville. The meeting sessions on October 2, 2024 will be held at the Margaritaville Hotel in the Seagrass Meeting Room. The event will conclude with a tour of Nashville music venues where ONEboxes™ are readily available and prominently placed for emergency overdose response.

Rooms for out-of-town participants have been booked at the Margaritaville Hotel in Downtown Nashville. Your room is paid for, but you will need to provide a card for incidentals at the time of check-in. Your name will be on your individual reservation.
